Induro Announces Universal QRT Quick Release Clamp


New Quick Release Clamp adds "Universal" QR compatibility to any tripod or monopod

Induro has announced the QRT Series Quick Release Clamp for monopods, tripod heads and equipment that does not have a Quick Release System. The same solid support and locking system found on Induro heads can now be attached to any 1/4-20 or 3⁄8-16 threaded tripod, monopod or accessory mount.

“Induro’s professional quick release system was designed with the busy on-location and studio photographer in mind,” said Jan Lederman, President of Induro. “These new QRT Quick Release clamps allow photographers to easily update any tripod, monopod or accessory mount and provide rapid camera deployment.”

Charles J. MacPherson and Motion Blur

Charles J. MacPherson posted an article about creative motion blurs. Using a Canon EOS 7D and Canon 800mm lens mounted on an Induro GHB2, he was able to balance just the right amount of blur on a white pelican’s wingtips, a watery background streaking by behind it.
