Photographer Russell Evans has posted a brief account on dpreview.com of his experience dealing with our service and support.

Evans posts he broke the leg adjuster on his AX-214 tripod and had a positive experience with our service. He also points out he discovered he could extend the two year warranty to five years by registering his product (available in the USA only at present).
